Dawn has dedicated 34 years of her career to State Farm, and Team Berch has had the privilege of working alongside her for 9 of those years. In addition to her professional achievements, Dawn is passionate about volunteering at her church and cherishes the time spent with her two grandchildren. She is also an avid supporter of her three daughters as they navigate through life. With her extensive experience and unwavering dedication, Dawn brings invaluable insights to the insurance industry. Hello I'm Aya. I am a first generation American, born and raised in Socorro, NM. I am a world traveler and after years of living in France, Colorado, and Arizona, I have returned to my home state of NM. I have an Associates degree and I'm semi fluent in French and Arabic. I have serviced and sold insurance for the past 16 years and have built some amazing relationships. I truly love what I do and look forward to meeting and helping many more in my role at the Nancy Berch Agency. In my spare time, I love to travel, read, play volleyball and practice Martial Arts.

Robert has been a knowledgeable representative of team Berch for almost 9 years. Originally from Buffalo New York, he has worked in the insurance industry for over 11 years. Robert enjoys traveling with his wife and son, and always knows the great places to eat. Understanding insurance coverage and options can be intimidating, but Robert loves connecting with customers over favorite sports teams while providing coverage options and discounts for all our customers needs. His upbeat personality makes the day shine a little brighter and always leaves us smiling.

I’m Josh Sanchez, a licensed insurance agent with the Nancy Berch State Farm office. I currently work as an Insurance Account Representative assisting customers with servicing their policies, adding new lines of business, and providing in person service to our customers who visit the office. Before I entered insurance, I worked for the US Congress for 12 years, in both the US House and US Senate. In working with different members of the New Mexico Congressional Delegation, I learned how to find solution to individual problems with the federal administration as a Constituent Services representative and as a Field Representative. I also hold a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from New Mexico State University. I am an enrolled member of the Pueblo of Acoma which is a federally recognized tribe in New Mexico. I enjoy learning about our state’s history and diverse cultures. Nancy’s office has a great passion of caring for and providing top notch customer service, which is my goal as well, and why I am here!
